Mermaid skirt with netting top
This is the same mermaid skirt (with a slight pattern change) that is in the other listing . Made this one for the people that don't want to wear a bra top. This would work with a plain old blue t-shirt. The netting makes it still look like a mermaid. The skirt is 16" long with the tulle adding another 20". The waist stretches 38" and more, up to 54" There is a ton of stretch with this one. This will definately show off your ass-ets!
