Plus size Moon Fairy tutu dress
This tutu dress is plus size. Top stretches to a comfortable 42" and the bottom layers of tulle are 18" to 20" long.
The top is 16" long from the neckline to the waist. Beautiful blended colors of black, blue, purple accented with spider web tulle. Delicate netting is across the top and down the right side with plenty of rhinestones to add the sparkle. The colors of tulle are so pretty blended together, you will feel like you can cast any spell you want to under the light of the moon.
