I made the waist just a bit higher on this skirt for those that don't want to show their tummy, or just need that little bit of cover up for confidence. Wear it high or pull it down a tad on the hips, sexy either way. Here are a few examples of tops that can go with the skirt. Each one gives the skirt a different feel. Skirt is made extra fluffy for a dramatic effect. Perfect for date night or a summer wedding, OR even if you are the bride!! Tops are not included.
